Because many of the WebQuests in BestWebQuests are more than ten years old and have not been updated, I’ve decided to close the site. I appreciate all those great educators who have invested time and creative energy into designing the authentic learning experiences that made it into BestWebQuests.
If you want to have some retro fun, try dipping into the WayBack Machine’s grab of BestWebQuests to explore the site and sample circa 2000 WebQuests!
I am brazilian teacher and I would like to know about your web quest
I am trying to find your recommended list of webquests. I am a high school History teacher. I was directed to this page, but I don’t see a link to a list. Might you send it to me, please?
Many thanks.
Hi Sabrina, I’ve retired BestWebQuests as most creators of them haven’t tended to keep them updated (I often fall into this category myself) so all I can point you to is the list of my own (somewhat dated, but effective) WebQuests:

All the best, Tom-
I’m not sure if this website is still current…but I’ll try.
I am an Australian year 3/4 teacher and was looking for a good way for students to investigate ‘Life Cycles’ while we are doing online learning due to Covid19.
Can you help out?
Thankyou
Bernadette
Hi Bernadette,
Thanks for getting in touch. Can you point to the curriculum requirements for Life Cycles (e.g, Australian curriculum or NSW) and I’ll take a look.
Cheers,
Tom
