  1. What's the concept you want to develop?

        (for example: "fair and equal education" or
        "the Current Debate on Desegregation")

  2. On a separate piece of paper, list or cluster all the ideas and aspects related to your concept.     (see an example?)

  3. Look at the cluster or list and then type in the lines below the 2 - 4 main aspects that define or make-up the concept you're defining or developing.     (see the example again?)
