People should spend money only when they need to. Money is a valuable object and we need to use is wisely.

We shouldn’t really spend money unless we really need to and not on silly things.  We should save money. My Dad has this thing when i have money, i should put half of it in my bank account. i think its a good idea because i have money then for a car and a house and the necessaties when i grow up.

Have you ever . . . .

How many times have you thought about the less fortunate ?

How many people needy people have you helped in your lifetime ?

How many times have you thought about the needy ?

HAVE YOU EVER EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT THE PEOPLE LESS FORTUNATE THAN YOU?

If the answer is no then what are you doing? I bet that every person reading this blog has at least one time in there life thought that their life was sooo bad and that no one could be feeling as bad as you were right now. Is this you ? Well, i know this is me, when everyone had an i-pod and i wasn’t aloud one i thought that my Mum was soooo mean (well at least i have a parent/guardian) i thought that my life was extremely bad (well at least i have a life) I thought that i had the werst electronic discman) At least i had an electronical device. Some people will never see an electronic device let alone a parent or a bed to sleep in.

Be greatful for what you have….i know i sound like everyone else saying be grateful and ladi dadi da but take this seriously ! ! Some people will never ever see clear running water let alone an i-pod.

 The main thing i am trying to say is . . . . . . .

THINK ABOUT OTHERS IN NEED ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

WOAH!

Well, this is fun! We were going to do photo story, but the subject changed to blogging.

Im new to this thing. So im not too sure where this is going to end up. Maybe under the Under water Hockey section? If there is such a section, and if there isnt, i suggest Tom March should make one. I, for one, would definately blog it! I once saw people playing under water hockey at MSAC. Imagine if you were the goalie, and you needed a breath, and as you were up drinking in some air, the other team scored a goal.

Its 3:19 on a Thursday afternoon, and its raining. I have to wait outside in the rain untill mum picks me up. But hey, my life isnt as hard as those poor darlings with Affluenza.

Gee! those movies made me feel sad, bad and confused!

GUESS WHAT?

I can change the type of font! eg. bold, Itialic, and, my personal favourite… STRIKE THROUGH   : )

The movie really inspiried me to do something, but I cant really thing of what. It would be kind of hard to send a Water Buffalo from Australia to China, and we dont even have them here! Wait, maybe I can send them some cadbury chocolate! Chocolate always makes you feel better! But I think it wouldnt be really beneficial. Perhaps some ducks for them to get eggs from. That would put a smile on their dial!

OK GO! Under water hockey…..here we come!!!

affluenza

Today i whatched a video abot affuenza. it really said somthing to me because it looked at our lives and how we have ipods and T.Vs and all these things that we really take for granted. then you look at the children in china they are even lucky if they get a meal they have to walk miles to get to fresh water and food and we complain about walking 1km to school. i think we take a lot for granted when we are at home with all our luxuries we should really think about people who have nothing and appreciate what we have.

Giving

Thursday, October 25th, 2007

After watching the affluenza video, I realised how much I really do take for granted in everyday life. Television shows, magazines, new clothes, even a house with a water tap and being driven to school every day. So i urge everyone, next time you think that your life is not as good as your friends, or your don’t have as much ’stuff’ as someone else, or even if you are not as wealthy as the next person, just stop and think about the starving children all over the world that go to bed hungry, that walk many kilometres everyday for a small portion of food.

Do you think these children have an ipod, or anything else electrical?
We really are more lucky than we think.

Money

Tuesday, October 23rd, 2007

we can work for about 5 days a week. then we can put some of that money in a bank that money can be kept for giving. the rest of the money you earn can go to important things like a house, food, water, basic furniture(bed oven toilet EXT) and paying everyday bills.  Claudia

if we save our  money on important things later on in life we will

have some money left to give. Most people buy things because

they want them not because they need them. so save your

money dont spend it because more people out there need

it more then you. Olivia

I think that  we  can manage our money by saving for a long time and only using what we need.

Organizing your Money!

Tuesday, October 23rd, 2007

I would make a plan for all my money, some of it would go to having fun and shopping.

Then I would give some money to trustworthy and honest organizations, to help people

in need. Organizing my money really helps, so you have enough for “needs” and “wants!”
