<p>My basic premise is that ICTs can promote Real, Rich and Relevant learning.  In addition, newer &#8220;web 2.0&#8243; applications can &#8220;super-charge&#8221; learning even farther.  The caveat is that if we don&#8217;t take this opportunity, the same applications can be used by students to side-step learning and even threaten their positive experience of life.</p>
