Starting your WordPress Blog

Customise it:

  • Log-in to the Dashboard
  • Options - Change Blog name? Anyone can Register? Logged in to Comment? 11 GMT = Melbourne
  • Presentation - Choose another Theme, “View site” in another browser tab or window
  • Links - Delete default links. Add a Link to your School or ?
  • Write - Page - Use Filamentality or Google to find a good hotlist on your topic.
  • Manage - Posts - Delete default post and Create a new one.

You might also like to explore CEQALL and the project MyPlace (years 5 - 10). The last section provides some links to interesting readings. Choose what’s most interesting to you. Put Effort into the exercise and look to pursue Quality with ICT-enhanced learning this term.
